We are beyond excited that we are in the midst of FALL!

Fall comes with the most beautiful foliage AND the most delicious flavors. Today we’re dishing up a festive sweet treat with help from our friends at Splenda!

Sweet Swaps

Cinnamon Baked Apples Dessert

Ingredients

4 baking apples (such as Cortland, Empire, Gala, and Braeburn)

1/3 cup chopped walnuts

5 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Directions

Heat oven to 400° F. Remove and discard the cores from the apples. Place the apples in a 9- by-13-inch baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the nuts, sugar, and butter. Divide the mixture among the apples. (You can cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.) Bake until tender, about 25 to 30 minutes.
