It’s great for your wallet AND your health to be aware of what delicious fruits and veggies are in season each month. When foods are in season, they are usually a bit cheaper and definitely the most choc-full of nutrients and bursting with flavor.

Now that it’s March, that means with each month in the near future that more and more fruits and veggies will be in season. This month it’s broccoli that’s getting a shout-out from us! Not a big broccoli fan? Try roasting it with a little drizzle of olive oil and salt and pepper. Roast chopped up florets at 425 F for 15-20 minutes, checking on your broccoli from time to time to make sure it’s not burned. A way we love to serve it is to mix in roasted broccoli with a healthy Amy’s meal when we’re in a rush!
