The Perfect Golden Globes Cocktail

The Golden Globes Awards Ceremony is airing Sunday, January 12th. We don’t know what we’re more excited about – the fact that Amy Poehler and Tina Fey are hosting, or the incredible list of talent and wonderful films that are all up for honors!

For your reference, we’ve posted the complete list of nominees below if you’ve got some time to catch any films this weekend before hunkering down to watch the ceremony on Sunday night. Netflix binges are also a great way to power through some of the amazing TV shows nominated as well.

And of course, in true Kisster form we think the awards have got to be watched with a good cocktail. Bourbon is just perfect on a cold winter night, so why not mix it with a lovely ginger-flavored liqueur to heighten this drinks ‘class?’

How to Make your ‘Golden Globes’ Cocktail:

Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces Domaine De Canton ginger liqueur

1 ounce Bourbon

1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice

Cherries, for garnish

Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, pour in all ingredients over ice. Shake and strain in a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a cherry.
