Drop 10 Diet: Breakfast

We are so thrilled to be collaborating with Self Magazine as Social Media Contributors and are stoked to be apart of this healthy movement: The Drop 10 Diet.

If you haven’t already, check it out: Self Magazine: Drop 10 Diet

We obviously love sharing our experiences and are thrilled to be blogging and vlogging about our Drop 10 Diet plans.

So…people love hearing what other people eat, right? And if you’re writing down (or in our case blogging about) what you eat you’re more likely to stick to a plan.

So here goes:

I am a creature of habit. When I find something I like, I stick to it! So my breakfast has been pretty consistent the past few days. I really love breakfast and can’t imagine starting my day without it.

Here is what I have been eating for breakfast recently:

1 cup of coffee

1 banana

1 Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt (just 80 calories!) with a ½ cup of cereal (Gluten free Chex sometimes) sprinkled on top.

Sometimes I keep adding the cereal to the yogurt but I have been trying really hard not to do that because it’s hard to keep track and before I know it I’ve had half a box of cereal!

*Pre Breakfast*

When I wake up and get ready for work (before I eat my actual breakfast) I have a couple bites of peanut butter with some jelly. This gives me that boost I need to survive my 20-30 minute commute!

What do you eat for breakfast?
