When Claudia and I moved into our new uptown apartment last spring we had a conundrum neither of us had experience in New York before.. we actually had blank wall space!
An easy and adorable way we went to work to fill the white walls was to use some of the awesome vintage records I’d collected as decorations. This is a photo of four records I had put above my bed. What I love is they fit with a certain theme and color scheme.
The records were only $4 each at a thrift store and the frames we found at Michael’s craft supply store – during a frame sale I got all 4 for less than $20!
Our next decorating project is to take some cool Jazz records our dad got us and to line them up going down the hallway into the main room of the apartment.. photos to come!
