We’re taking extra steps towards our goal of getting fit this winter-into-spring season.
New York has taken a turn for the warmer weather this week, and has thus inspired us to walk every where we go! For us this means walking the 45 minutes to work. It’s only 20 minutes more than our regular subway commute.
For our friends who don’t live in an urban area, this can mean taking the stairs at your office or parking your car farther away from the grocery store.
We love the fresh air!
