Save Time & Money Setting up a BBQ!

The Kissters

Having an impromptu party or gathering can be a lot of fun… and a lot of last-minute work. But not anymore! We, the Kissters, and a savvy iVillager have super smart ideas on how to save time setting up for any event.

The clever — and every cute! — idea for using mason jars for grab-and-go place settings comes from iVillage user Taylor Harkins of HolidayHelpings.com. On her blog Harkins loves sharing menus, recipes, gift ideas, fun festivities and ways to keep your relatives out of the kitchen. Sounds like a best idea for sure.

Swapping out the colored napkins is a quick way to add to your party’s theme, too. Tired of your cheap table cloth blowing away? Try using an unused fitted sheet to cover your table securly.  And if you’re dining outdoors but don’t have a sound system available, simply drop your smartphone or iPod into a bowl or large cup for some instant amplification.
